We just had to drop a line about this gem in downtown Fairbanks. We’ve basically been eating our way through town nonstop (because Fairbanks food scene is way better than we expected), and The Crepery absolutely lives up to the hype. Simple and effective. Each crepe is perfectly made fresh to order with generous fillings that actually hit. The service was friendly and efficient, the prices felt fair for downtown Fairbanks, and we left satisfied. I can honestly have five crepes to myself alone, but $ adds up quick 😆 If you’re in town even a short time, this place is a must-visit🍓🥞✨
My wife (Yasmín) and I flew from Plantation, Florida to Fairbanks, Alaska one week ago to see The Northern Lights, bath in the Chena Hot Springs, visit the Ice Museum, the Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum, drink delicious beers of Hoo-Doo Brewing Co and eat terrific crepes in The Crepery. We are more than satisfied with our visit to Fairbanks, AK. If you come to Alaska and want to eat delicious food, the number one place is called The Crepery. Carlos Pardo and Yasmin Morales.
Love the vibe, the customer service is tops, ingredients portions are generous & price is right. The Crab-Stuffed Avocado was a bit a bit too heavy on the mayo/mustard for my liking, inhibiting the Alaskan crab flavor to come through. Would love to see a version without mustard at all. Crème Brûlée Crepe is AWESOME. Be sure to eat it warm! Smoked Salmon Crepe had a great flavor, but was a little too toasted for a crepe in my experience. Overall a great place and am excited to try other stuff on their vast menu!
The hot chocolate was perfection. It was affordable, silky smooth, delicious, and I wanted 10 more of them. I would have been back here every day if I was in town longer. Definitely stop by and get a hot chocolate.
Nice atmosphere with plenty of seating. Smells wonderful inside. Savory and sweet crepes were delicious. Oatmeal latte and Breve were excellent. Just wish parking was not downtown parking, but 2hr free parking out front.
The decorations and music made the place feel inviting. It was nice being able to watch them make the food. I had the cheesesteak crêpe and a hot chocolate, and both were yummy. We were a party of six and received our food fairly quickly. Overall, the crêpes were good and the drinks were delicious.
Lacey and her team did wonderful! Chloe did great on our leaded Irish coffee! Great vibe and great crepes! 5 star review for anyone wanting a refreshing treat in Fairbanks! Thanks ya’ll!
Beautiful Cozy place downtown Fairbanks, Alaska. Nice simple menu with lots of excellent varieties .First time for me to eat a Crepe like a sandwich which I loved very much saving on silverware or disposables. Free refill for coffee which l always appreciate. Great quick service , adorable team. A must to come and have an taste of Italian crepe when in Fairbanks.
Everything was absolutely delicious. We arrived a bit late for breakfast, so it turned into our brunch, and it couldn’t have been better. We ordered two crepes, one sweet and one savory, and both were outstanding—perfectly made, full of flavor, and made with great-quality ingredients. And the white chocolate mocha… simply delicious—rich, creamy, and the perfect complement to the crepes. A cozy spot, ideal for a relaxed brunch. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back. ☕🥞
The Crepery is a great place to eat 😋😋😋😋😋in a great location as you transition from the the hotel to exploring downtown… The variety of Crepes and the Service are Fast, Quality and Friendly! Our hotel was out by the airport and the shuttle dropped us directly in front it ! The Creme Brûlée was Delicious!
